Will I get banned from the game from this?

So I play on a JP server and I was kind of buzzed. So I ask something about Marijuana and I got a message from my FC member saying that it is very impolite to talking about that because it is illegal in Japan and they take those kind of things very seriously. I am from California so I didn't know they take that so seriously?

SOme people was probably uncomfortable about the conversation so I stopped after a bit.

I talked about it in the NOvice Network. I didn't get kick out or anything but just wondering how strict the GMs are?
