Rec-stat based C-panels

Hello homies ;D

Recently i saw many units that have C panels '' x damage based on own REC'' stuff( + may have some extra usage like heal or buffs) Then a question came into my mind that can not help holding up...

If u will use burst combination, by that i mean 2-3 Skills, that will .. idk, buff REC with ridiculous numbers, or C panels rain with REC buff and REC-stat-based attack will THEORETICALLY be better than normal build with <massive/ultra dmg on 1 enemy> with just some board control like panel changes and SCPs?

Plus the fact that u have heal boosters can help u sustain in game OF COURSE, there can be stuff like instakillers in x turns, so keep that in mind with saying comments like ''dafuq u talk about, u wont survive blahbfnigbaklnfo'' or ''its all about gimmicks''. There the only thing im pointing is dmg output

( Of course it wont beat ATKstat boosters like Shikibu or something like that :3, with rains of Cpanels from Celsius, Ame and Faraday :'D)
