Adjust Iron sight sensitivity

I'm a big fan of the more accurate iron sight in FPS games. But in Wolfenstein II there is a sensitivity difference between hip fire aiming and iron sight (holding RMB). The Iron sight sensitivity is considerably lower and it's really throwing me off my game.

Does anyone know if there is a way to make the iron sight sensitivity equal to the regular hipfire?
