Can't create lobbies or play any game modes on EUNE

I logged in normally, joined a normal game, when the game was about to start, got this message: Unable to start game. I relogged, but now they disabled the ranked queues, but we can't even play any other game modes, we receive this error. https://ibb.co/fZ9rBR
