Fortnitemare AR Missing?

Right, so I completed the Hexsylvania quests. 100%'d it and I loved it. Very well done!

However, when I got the survivor kit quest done and finished my mission, I didn't get my AR reward. I got to choose my hero and everything but I have no Halloween-themed rifle.

If there's any way Epic can give it to me, that'd be great.
