Kicked abusive ex out, now struggling financially. Advice appreciated

Other

My personal life has recently gone shit hits the fan. You can't always predict the future, no matter how much you plan.

Recently I made the hard decision of staying financially comfortable with an abusive fiancée of 2 years, or kicking her out of our one-bedroom apartment. I had almost $10k saved up before moving in with her and now I'm belly under.

Kicked her out and Now my bills far outweigh my income, stuck in this lease for another 6 months. Parents are very reluctant to have me move back in especially now that snow is here. I Haven't had any luck finding a roommate, so many flakes within my circle of friends and I don't trust randoms.

I know the answer is always a second job. I could sell the car but I'll still be a few thousand under for yet another year. No money for a new car if sold. However, my main job is security & dispatch at $16.18/hour. A second job would prevent me from doing my main job duties well, with it being so detail oriented and need to be alert. I'm at my wits end because Overtime is often offered for graveshift, however, we have a point system here and I'm afraid I will accrue too many and be fired from oversleeping or just being completely non functional at work.

Income:

$1,812 NET per 4 week month.

Monthly Bills:

Rent: $1,075 incl. underground parking Car: $413 (Still owe $14,000) Insurance: $158 Gas:$100-150 Phone: $100 Electricity: $70 Food: $200

Total: $2,116 to break even.

I feel as if I'm stuck between a rock and a hard place financially with absolutely zero wiggle room.

What advice would you guys have?
