What are some questions that you wish students would ask themselves, in the way of honest self-assessment?
Certainly with regards to academic matters, but I suppose with regards to their wider lives and greater goals. Some students seem to go through life (at least, the parts where their lives intersect with mine) saying and doing things that just make no sense to me. I'm sure that many of you feel the same way. Their words and actions may cause you to wonder, What could s/he possibly be thinking?
A lot of students, obviously, have good heads on their shoulders and are sensible and wise. Some, however, seem like they need a good reality check. What should they ask themselves for some greater self-awareness and for making better decisions?
