Moving to Cincinnati in a few months. Any advice?

So I will be moving to Cincinnati in March of next year and I wanted to know if anyone had suggestions on areas of the city to live in. My company is up in Fairfield so I'll want to keep traffic in mind. I'll be moving with my husband and good friend. We're all gay and so we really want to avoid the more extreme socially conservative areas. It doesn't have to be the gaybourhood of the city, but at least parts that are not trans-phobic or openly racist against Latinos (From what I've read online that's not much of a problem in the city itself as it is outside of the city) Another stress is trying to find an apartment or house to rent online sight unseen. I'm fortunate that I'll be able to visit this weekend to check out the areas, but when it comes time to actually move I won't be able to house/apartment hunt in person. Do you know of any good realtors that search for apartments on people's behalf or are there definite areas of the city we should check out? I did try to search the forums before posting but I didn't see any that addressed this specific issue, but if I missed one I apologize. Thank you for any help you could provide :)
