Personal claws?

What do I do with them? I've gotten two so far and finished the main story and all quests I could find. I've gotten one from Rat in the outlaw base and one from an exiled berserker who I helped to be accepted back. Both just said I'll know what they're good for when the time comes. Seems like that time hasn't come yet.

If you go to the Bar in the Domed city talk to the innkeeper, you will see.

Also without spoiling too much if you have a claw from berserker you can get follow up quest in the Fort.

Stretch your claws !

Well damn. Whenever I try giving those claws to the albs in the domed city, they just start shooting at me. And the corpses won't accept them either.

I was never able to get the bartender in the domed city to do anything (i.e. he should give you a claw too according to the internet). As an alternative, do some exploration on the outskirts of the domed city. When you find the right place to use it, it will be obvious.
If you need more explicit instructions feel free to ask.
