This reddit url returns empty results. It shouldn't.
Steps I went through
Was on front page
Clicked Next
Got empty page
Was sad :(

Going to the post directly returns fine https://www.reddit.com/7db1eh/

That's probably not a bug; the post may have been removed between when you loaded the previous page of r/all and when you hit "next".

Essentially, the way reddit's pages work is that when you click "next" after the last item "X" in a page, it tells reddit to give you the next 25 (or however many) items in the listing after item X. So if item X is no longer in the listing (e.g. it's removed/spamfiltered) by the time you click "next", reddit no longer knows what the next items in the listing are, since X is no longer part of that listing.
From searching that subreddit for posts by that author, it seems like the post has indeed been removed by the mods there (or AutoMod).
