And he was pretty damned good, terrorized Dortmund in their box, made some great runs from midfield and supplied a seriously beautiful cutback that should have resulted in an assist for him. He looks promising but needs to start scoring some goals.
Agreed. He showed really good performances against them.
But honestly, current BVB is bullshit.
Yeah, they didn't have Pulisic. He was a huge loss for them. Aubameyang, not so much.
Just had a massive chance alone with the keeper as well, slightly poor touch so didnt get a shot off.
His touch wasn't poor at all, it was just good defending. If you watched the game then you know he has a very good first touch.
It's definitely a bit of both, doesn't have to be one or the other. If he kept the ball closer he probably would've gotten a shot off earlier.
I'd have to watch that part again, tbh. But it looked like great defending to me, more then anything. Dortmund are falling apart at the moment. I wonder if they'll really consider firing Bosz?
They'll have to consider it at this point, but i'm not sure it's the right decision. He seems like a man without a plan B, but then their current plan needs to be executed perfectly, which will certainly take time.. It's a tough one, but in my eyes he doesn't seem like a great manager.
Should've been played in by the guy who scored really
He really is quick, left his marker for dead. Should have done better to stay onside when his teammate checked inside though.
He looked lively.
He hasnt scored all season has he?
Nope.
