Getting horizontal lines while using Sling?

I’m getting the same lines with my roku ultra. Wife noticed them first less than a week ago. I freaked out until i realized it wasn’t my 4k tv going bad!

No, i have a samsung suhd. I think it’s definitely Sling’s problem in their signal or app.

Do they go away after a few seconds, or do they hang around until you change channels or close the app?
