Dead Rabbit missing spacer

I just bought a new Dead Rabbit to put on my Squonk mod. While building it I noticed that the PEEK spacer between the posts was missing. Anyone run into this? Can I run it without it? Can you buy them anywhere?

This was my second DR, so I just put the other one on the Squonk. But I wanted to see what the community thought while I wait to hear back from HellVape.

From my understanding (someone smarter please chime in) it’ll short your RDA. As from my understanding it’s a key element in keeping the positive and negative separated.

Thanks, not sure if it an actual insulator, it is just a cross shaped piece between the 4 posts. They only way they can contact is if a post really gets knocked over.

Quick follow up incase anyone else runs into this. I heard back from HellVape very quickly, under 12 hours from Houston to China. The cross piece is just there to divert the liquid to the wells, so I can use it with no problem. They also are sending me a new deck so that I have a full build, this is great customer service.
