The care and attention to detail are great. I love the gears on the base. I would suggest more highlights. It looks a little like you base-coated and shaded, but didn't lay down all the highlights yet. I suppose it might be the lighting? If not, I think adding some lighter reds/oranges on the creases of the cloak would really help, as would getting some lighter metallics on the gold/silver edges.

The brass could definitely benefit from a silver highlight, but I am a bit afraid of that because it has to be really thin and precise in order to look good (as opposed to say highlighting red with a lighter red, where my lines could be a little thicker).

All the other areas do have some highlights (the base color of the robe is Mephiston Red and the edges are highlighted (highlit?) with Firedragon Bright, for example) but for some reason it doesn't show up that well on camera.

Very nice. I really, really like the base.

One thing I really like doing, especially with center piece models, is putting in some very minor details with a completely different color as an "attention grabber." When I painted Cawl, I painted a few of the cables Moot Green, maybe one of them a bright purple, etc. I would definitely hit the cables on his solar atomzier with one or two different brightly colored paints.

I actually considered doing just that (after watching this) and if I was doing the army from scratch I would probably do that for all my models.

As it stands I think he would look a bit out of place amongst my other AdMech if he had multi-coloured cables.
