Progress Report 8.5: A Multi-Developer Project

Third, I am now opening the project to collaboration!

Please take this seriously. If you falsify your application or lie about your experiences, you take away from what aims to be high-quality content.

Please familiarize yourself with Kaiserreich gameplay before applying, as it serves as a good model and standard of quality.

If you wish to be a developer, send me a message, either via Discord, Reddit, or the PDX Forums and include the following information:

1. Modding or GFX (or Reddit CSS) experience. If you have links to a mod or graphics, please include them.
2. Reddit Username
3. Discord Username
4. Steam Username
5. PDX forum username (if applicable)
6. Preferred area(s) of development (see below). Please include more than one, in case your first choice is taken
7. GitLab Username - This is mandatory

7 will be removed once the method is decided.

What positions are available:

Central mechanics (minister structure, stability, ideology main-types) are complete.

1. Somebody to manage the Subreddit's CSS. This means a banner, flairs, etc;
2. GFX makers. You can apply for either general GFX or one of these type:

• Portraits
• Flags
• Minister Icons
• Company Icons
• Focus Icons
• Technology Icons.
• Event Pictures

3. A Map Developer. Other than perhaps impassable provinces, all map changes not already shown in Progress Reports will be meant for 0.2, because having to constantly fix focus trees and events to deal with new states and changed provinces would be very tedious.
4. AI Developers: Responsible for managing the AI.
5. Technology Developers: They are responsible for the tech tree. While it has been pushed back to 1933, the changes are rudimentary at best.
6. Occupation Event Manager(s) (the occupation of x: would you like to release as puppet, or keep under direct rule). Country specific ones will be done by the country developers themselves, but can be done by the OEM, at the developers' discretion.
7. Country Developers: They are responsible for everything relating to their assigned country/countries. This means ministers, events, focuses, national spirits, everything that is not GFX or sound design.
8. Optionally, if you want to solely work on ministers and companies, that works as well. However, I would leave this for last, as country creators are responsible for their own ministers. Multiple people can work on one country, how you divide the work is up to you.
