recently upgraded pc and it did that. haven't bothered to fix it yet

It's more likely to drop at that level or higher. Apparently there are reports of it dropping before 7 but not once did it for me on 4 characters nor did it for 2 other people I play with that farmed one

Why not run it with full MF 90+?

What is so good about this sword?

Levelling it's perfect. You pretty much don't have to change weapons during the whole process. Late game, it has some serious potential if you build around the burn which isn't all that bad. Her blessing makes this like a 700dps sword late game and higher level
