Is Jimmy Butler a serial traveler or is his footwork just better than everyone else's?

I was watching the T-wolves-Blazers highlights from Dec 20. On 5 separate ocassions I spotted Jimmy Butler traveling -or I thought I did, until I slowed down the video to .25x speed and looked closer.

Here is the highlight video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6noZ7-QNsc8

I thought I spotted travelling at 5:21 (once at the beginning, and again at the end of the drive), 8:10, 8:33, and 8:47.

Like I said, in real time they looked like travelling but slowed down, I'm less sure.

Is his footwork just really good?

it's the NBA, unless you grab the ball with both hands and start running with it it's not a travel

The refs will never call travels or carries unless they're blatant as fuck.

He travels just like most other players do

Nah that's "playa"... no hard "-er"

He's got a low center of gravity so he can get people off balance better than most players.

I can't really see the 1st and 3rd well enough but the 2nd is 100% not a travel (even though it really looks like one in real time) and the 4th one probably isn't either. In both cases he starts his gather step right when he gets the ball so it looks like a travel.

He's got pretty good footwork but mostly he's good at slowing down on his last step to get the defender off balance.

None of those looked like a travel to me.

The 1st one maybe but the other 3 looked pretty clean (For NBA standards) to me

5:21 and 8:10 are 100% travels, but I'd say the last 2 aren't. He's definitely got some Wade-like footwork with a lot of euro-stepping, off speed finishes where if you look closely in slower speeds they seem legal, but in real time they appear a half count slow which makes you think they're travels.
