Accountability Partner?

Hello I am a 19 y/o guy and I'm a Christian (I wouldn't really say that but it seems like a bunch of people on here are and usually start with that) and I've been fapping since I was 11 and I have tried stopping so many times with will power and prayer and spiritual warfare and cold showers and doing push-ups whenever I would get the urge, but I haven't been able to break its grip on me, and it has been so emotionally and spiritually destructive in my life, I am a non denominational Christian the members of my church and I, we speak confessions every day, but not like confessing our sins, but what like what God's scripture says about those who have accepted Jesus (we have self control, we are accepted and loved, we are holy and righteous, etc) and it makes that so hard because it is so convicting to speak things like that when I fail to resist the temptation twice a week or so, what the Bible also says is that we're supposed to confess our sins to each other, so I'm looking for is someone who is having a similar problem who would want to Snapchat or something just once every day and check up on each other and hold each other accountable, I think I would help immensely in terms of bringing things into the light, so that I have more to think about when I am tempted, and support for each other if we fail, drop a Snapchat or phone # if you're interested, and if alot of people like the idea but I've already found someone by all means connect with each other, we need to unite against this evil, thank you guys for all your support and help!
