Steroids being sold illegally to 14yr teens. Possible " hidden epidemic"

Seeing so many topics about young kids using steroids lately, i find it only appropriate to discuss this. Came across this 2018 article:

What should society do about this? I think it starts at home: parents need to pay attention to their children! Then, in school, information is important. Governments too should act swiftly.
