SN30 pro issues

sync with switch joy stick doesnt work in menu but dpad does. Get in game and the character is just constantly moving in one direction like ive got the joy stick held down. Multiple resets wont fix the problem. Also if ive got my pro controller turned on and I sync the sn30 pro it'll vibrate the pro when I go into find controllers in the menu. Has anyone else had these issues and are they fixable or is this just a piece of trash controller? Very bummed I spent money on this after hearing so many good things.

a little while after typing this my controller has bricked up so whatever, not buying any more of their products.
