My Williams Rhapsody piano is having trouble with all keys not working...sometimes

I've looked through the manual, and couldn't find a way to solve my issue. Some days when i turn my piano on, it works completely fine, and other days, not a single key works. I've tried factory reset(holding reverb + chorus, then turning piano on), and the regular reset(pressing transpose + octave). Anything that can help would be greatly appreciated. I haven't been able to practice consistently for months, and it has been very disheartening.

Unfortunately Williams pianos are...not really great quality. When I was teaching I always told students to avoid purchasing them. Due to the low price they often ignored my suggestion.

I think at this point the best you can do is contact the company repeatedly until someone either gives you a new one or fixes the issue.

Thank you, I will keep trying to contact them.

Unfortunately, Williams is known to make very poor quality instruments. Your best bet will be to replace it with a reputable brand like Yamaha (even their cheapest models like the P55 are pretty good for beginners)

I didn't realize that. I should've put more research into it, before making my purchase a few months ago. Thank you for the info.
