Some of my channels that I have notifications enabled on aren't showing up in my notifications feed in fact the last video up there is from 15 hours ago when I have at least two channels that I had notifications enabled for uploaded this morning.
Just wondering if anybody else had noticed this.

Same, zero notifications but then go on the channels and the videos are there

This thread is sorta old, but I just wanted to say that my account has the same problem since some days. I manually checked some videos and noticed replies to my comments, but I got no notificiation about it. Replied on the reply and the following reply wasn't notificated either.
Glad it's not just me. Found this thread from google. Not getting any comment notifications.
It works on my end again, but it's weird. I checked the notifications options and for some reason the option "Activity on my comments on others' videos" wasn't marked anymore. I marked all options last year, so that the bell tells me about such replies. It worked, but as mentioned before, the bell stopped working several days ago. I have absolutely no clue how that option changed on its own. I haven't changed anything and simply used YouTube for watching videos and writing comments (only using my PC). Maybe some kind of bug? I can't say if the bell tells me about all replies, but at least it's working again. Good luck with your account!

Same here. Today I saw one of the you tubers I follow say she uploaded a video and it was weird since I didn’t get a notification on my phone. I went to the YouTube app & it wasn’t in my notifications either. I looked up the channel & the video was there. It happened again right now. No notifications either on the app or my phone. I started experiencing this today. I don’t know if I have other new videos since none of my channels are appearing on my appðŸ˜is this fixed or how can I fix it?
I’m not getting any notifications from people I’m subscribed too and it’s really annoying cause I need them so I know what to watch cause I can’t remeber 20-30 youtubers just to check if they uploaded
This just starting happening to me a couple of weeks ago. I am using the YouTube app on my iPhone. Channels that I’m subscribed to have new videos posted, but I have no notifications. Or, sometimes I’ll get a couple of notifications only. I am subscribed and have the option selected to receive all notifications. This is annoying.

Why is it so hard to just copy what facebook is doing and have different notification systems for video subscriptions, comment replies and direct messages? It really makes no sense whatsoever...
I have done a couple of polls of my subscirbers and although still running, the majority of people are saying they are not, and have not, been getting notifications for a while. This could help to explain why the viewing numbers per video has markedly reduced over the past few months. I haven't changed the way i upload or the type of content either. I am still an active member of YouTube, i.e. I watch, subscribe and comment on other videos and pretty decent following. I just don't understand why viewers have dropped to massively.
ya my notifications are on I'm getting reply notifications comment and stuff on my channel but I'm not getting notifications from youtubers after they have uploaded videos even though my bell is on this is happening from 26 march on my iPad day before on old youtube i pressed stop seeing notifications on one of the youtubers videos and since then I'm not getting any notifications I've reset my notifications on pc and installed new youtube and reset everything in my iPad still doesn't work help guys
yeah i stopped getting notifications about a week ago.
It's been about a month for me. It's frustrating because my rss feed is currently having issues with twitter feeds right now too. I feel very disconnected from these sites right now.
I've had this problem about 1–1.5 months now. I wish only a few channels were affected, but I'm not getting notifications from most of my subscribed channels that have notifications enabled.
I'm having my own fun little problem. Notifications are working fine me, but on Google Chrome and ONLY Google Chrome, whenever I click on the bell, nothing happens. It turns grey like normal, but nothing shows up. In fact, after doing that, if I try to scroll down using the scroll bar, that doesn't work either, although that's really not an issue. Just thought I should mention it.
Notifications are STILL BROKEN!!!!! What gives YouTube????? Isn't Google smart enough to fix it??????
When videos started not appearing in sub boxes youtube was like "If you don't want to miss a video from someone enable notifications" and now notifications aren't working. Great!
Notifications are working again now, though some videos uploaded between early morning and mid-afternoon pacific time will unfortunately not have their notifications delivered. Sorry for the trouble!

You guys are sure taking your time because it's still a problem. Not receiving notifications for some of the channels that I clicked the bell for.

Me too. It's been 4 days.
It's been almost a month for me and I stopped getting post notifications all together.
Any update on this? Still not seeing any notifications. This is across both the Android app and in Chrome on my laptop.
