I feel kind of stupid that I haven't checked that yet. I know I checked the cables on the parts near the 2 plugs that I messed with but I didn't check the rest of them. I'll have to do that tomorrow. Thanks for the recommendation!

I would first make sure you didn't pull the feeder motor wire loose.  Check where it plugs in to the board and also in to the motor.

I just got the printer during Christmas. It's the version 2 model and I just redid the bed wiring. That worked only sadly now the gear that moves the filament doesn't turn. I'm not sure how I can fix it or if there is anything that can be done. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
