[H] PayPal [W] Steam GC

Howdy folks, I'm looking for Steam at a rate of 70%. Steam automatically converts to USD for me, so I'm interested in cards of any currency.

I'm paying with PayPal G&S, and I'm covering the G&S fee (calculated per this fee calculator).

Comment here before you PM me. I'm not interested in illegitimate gift cards, so please include a short note about the origin of the card (how you got it, why you're selling, receipt if possible, etc.).

Here's my GCXRep Profile.

Thanks!
