Tanky illusions that wont die, massive hp pool and armor and insane dmg with 175% crit that heals for dmg dealt.
Even if your illusions are down you can just manta and rift and 2 shot any other player regarldess of farm level.

Literally 1 hero with a very specific item build that is pretty questionable otherwise, such counters.

If you assume all those listed counters are actually going to make a significant difference against Chaos Knight, you are just plain wrong. You can itemize to pretty much negate 80% of these listed counters. You are right about Medusa being a hard counter tho, along with OD and Brewmaster. If there heroes weren't meta picks/ strong in this patch then Chaos Knight would dominate every game.
Dumpster him in lane so he never catches up. Or just pick Medusa.
He cant be dumpstered in lane, because he can just farm himself back up to in jungle. This advice would work for any carry but in reality he comes online with just armlet that isnt even that hard to farm. Also 1 hard carry counters him in the game, that seems pretty absurd along with the fact that medusa dies if he gets caught by phantasm blink ck who will just instakill Medusa.
Do you understand how glacially slow CK’s farming ability is?
Also CK has plenty of counters...
Invoker, Earthshaker, Ember, Gyro, basically anywone with spread damage or lots of crowd control. Also phantasm is dog fart level 1 so you have until level 12 to just fuck up CK. By then you should have enough items to deal with him.

Yeah if you have any supports you'll be fine against him and you can just phantasm and blink + rift him in fights for ez kill.
Except he's not gonna run around like that in the fights but initiate them with ult, tornado your support and go invis with his blue while waiting for you to use your ult so he can instantly dispel all of your illusions lol I can handle landing stage against brewmaster but forget about using ult when he has his up (and he always has by lvl 25) If he has even a rind bit of micro and some brain you have to be very lucky or very farmed to still win the game
