For Monster Hunter World I have been having a ton of fun using the Heavy Bowgun and decided to make a resource for everyone to enjoy.

On this sheet, I have added only the final upgrades of each HBG to make the list easier to understand. Power, Affinity, Deviation, Slots, and Ammo are all listed.

I have been trying to decide what guns are considered Best in Slot, although this is tough because of the differences in ammo. I was hoping that those who are experienced could give some advice about which to use.

For reference, I plan on using the Nerg alpha set and an attack charm lvl 3. This results in the following skills relevant to damage:

• Maximum Might 3 - +30% affinity at full stamina

• Attack up 7 - +21 attack and +5% affinity

• Agitator 4 - +20 attack and +15% affinity when enraged.
