I'm putting one of these together next week (hopefully) myself. I have an Aero upper and lower and a BA barrel (with the correct twist and cuts at least) so its not 100% clone correct, but I did get the ops-inc, KAC goodies and A1 stock. Nice work on the build. Cannot wait to see it together.

Building a Mk12 Mod 1 and it's been a crawl hunting forum listings for parts at a good price. Pictured so far are:
A2 complete lower
KAC FF RAS Long
TS-30-A2
Ops Brake and Long Collar
Harris SRBM with KM lock
KAC Bipod Rail Mount
KAC Vero Beach rail covers borrowed from a 2000 Vero Beach carbine rail that's another clone
Still need a Colt receiver, KAC front and rear sights, Douglas barrel, Badger gas block, and I'm deciding about the A1 receiver. I need the A2 lop.
Can't recommend the Brownells A1 Lower enough, That's what my mk12 has. It was the last puzzle piece for me other than the AEM5 and PEQ2.
Good stuff man, enjoy the process, endlessly scrolling for clone parts and nabbing the good ones on a deal is intoxicating. My Mk12 Mod 1 is my favorite AR to shoot.
I have seen a few KAC 99051s pop up on ARFcom EE for good deals if you don't mind used.front 1 and front 2. If you aren't on there already I recommend checking the equipment exchange a few times a day. Can see some great things pop up.
I'd also highly recommend the Centurion Arms Mk12 clone barrel in place of the Douglas if you see one pop up.
