stirner was a german anarchist philosopher who's thesis was pretty much that social constructs (in this quote, property) believed to be greater or higher than mere agreements between people were "spooks", imaginary boundaries that people should break free of.

in short, this quote is saying "all property is mine if i want it, and there's nothing your spooks can do about it." next time a moralist comes around hit em with some stirner
