Trying to combine drill files for a 4-layer board made in eagle

I am trying to combine these drill files before I can order a 4-layer board I made in eagle. The output files are from a gerb274x-4layer.cam job and the 4 drill files are from an excellon.cam job. This board has a stack up that allows for vias from layers 1-2, 1-16, and 15-16.

Edit: I will be ordering from EasyEda. I have done 2 layer boards with them successfully in the past but for this board none of my drills show in the gerber viewer.
