I really enjoy the flow of this poem, the way it is read feels like waves, which goes beautifully with the theme. There is a lot of strong imagery here and I think it is greatly contradicted with your line of "looseness crumbles with but a knock". For a short poem I feel that it packs a punch, great job!

I've written a similar "themed metaphors" poems and thought I'd say I like the idea of using the theme "Four Elements" to construct the metaphors in this poem, and how each one is linked to complacency which can be one interpretation of being "In Your Element". However I feel that stanza 3 (rock) does not convey any specific advice to this end and becomes the weakest section because of it.
In the first two stanzas you use Lest twice for the same purpose, either maintain this for the rest or have it different in each one. This will assist in unifying the piece. That being said my favourite is stanza 4 because the advice is accompanied by a statement rather than a warning such as "Lest your exposed form be froze".
Other small things in building unity. Think about motion in the imagery; stanza 2 and 4 contain movement in the first line and stillness in the second, stanza 3 has stillness in the first line and movement in the second.
Given that this is such a short poem with multiple metaph

The way that I'm reading this, rhythm seems really important. The way the cadence flows should be well attended to here. It doesn't seem to fit hat pattern as well in the first couplet as the rest

Release some fire to then burn your shape,  
Lest you lose control and confligrate.  

Allow the waters to show your path,  
Lest you damn them into a morass.  

Most stable and deep is the bed rock,  
But looseness crumbles with but a knock. 

Be low and small when the strong wind blows,  
Exposed forms are easily froze.
