Trying to remember a game that was talked about on the Bombcast years ago.
If I'm remembering correctly, I listened to it at school, so they would have been talking about it in 2014 at the latest.
The part they were discussing was the ending, so either it was a new game that they talked about in one of the GOTY discussions or it was an old game that they didn't feel the need to avoid spoilers.
VAGUE SPOILERS:
The gist of what I remember about it involved the nature of the game as being part of a larger cycle, and that at the end you or your character had the choice of ending the cycle, and you're kind of the bad guy. I want to say it involved magic and dragons. I also want to say they thought the game overall was not very good, and possibly similar to Dynasty Warriors.
Any idea?

YES! It's got everything! Magic and dragons, cycles, you proliferating the cycle, even confronting the big bad in a void, which I didn't mention, because I thought there was a good chance of me having made that memory up.
I looked it up in the 2012 GOTY story podcast, and sure enough that was it. Thank you!
