Respect Lin Beifong (The Legend of Korra)

^(Mild spoilers for The Legend of Korra to follow.)

#Lin Beifong

Lin Beifong is the chief of the Republic City Police Department. She is the daughter of the legendary metalbender Toph Beifong and the sister of Suyin. Like her mother and sister, Lin can manipulate earth and metal. She is blunt and abrasive, but also brave and loyal to her allies.

Weaknesses and Limitations

• Like other metalbenders, she cannot bend platinum because of its purity.
• Her cables can be cut, which can make them rebound and injure her. (This is how she got her facial scars.) However, current Lin may be experienced enough to avoid this.
