I ran a mock, I picked rounds 4-7. Let me know what you guys think!

I'll say this. Mock drafts in later rounds are always crap shoots, but still pretty fun. You did a pretty good job addressing almost of our issues and I actually like the JT Barret pick because he is very similar to Watson and would be a solid cheap backup for us if we choose to go that route (kinda like you mentioned).
I have a problem with the way the first guy described our first pick (the Ohio state tackle in the third). How can a O-linemen be an "elite RT that can start from day 1," but fall to the third round? I'm not gonna say the guys bad, especially since I know nothing about him, but saying a 3rd rounder is guaranteed anything more than a project or a rotational starter is kinda crazy. Who was the last player to even get drafted by anyone in the 3rd round and be "elite" from day 1. They're drafted later for a reason. I know it's nit picky, but that phasing kinda rubbed me the wrong way.
Cool write up regardless and I hope you had fun.
P.S. your excerpt about the Michigan lineman had a typo. You said he was a solid "safety" that can transition to interior lineman. I assumed you meant OT, but I didn't know for sure what you meant.
I dig the Barrett pick. I honestly would have never thought about it, but I like the idea.
I don't know anything about most of the players you drafted, but the positions seem spot on. I wouldn't be upset if this is how our draft panned out without knowing how FA is going to go.
Picks I didn't make
3.68 Jamarco Jones OT Ohio State
my thoughts elite RT ready to start day one. fixed a lot of his issues from last year and shows to be teachable.
3.82 Terrell Edmunds S Virginia Tech
High Upside high motor safety out of Virginia young with a lot of potential.
3.98 MJ Stewart CB UNC
I legit haven't watched him so the day 1 gm will have to tell you about him.
PICKS I MADE
4.103 Mason Cole Interior Offensive Line Michigan
Boy BoB sure does love his Big 10 players. Mason Cole is an interesting fit, while he proved he is a good safety at his time at Michigan I believe he can transfer over and become a solid Guard for us over the next year.
6.177 Jack Cichy LB Wisconsin
LB from Wisconsin who missed the season with injury. If he returns to form he would be excellent depth behind McKinney in that spot. High upside, good character pick who could help.
6.211 Adam Brenneman TE UMASS
This was just a value pick. CJ can't great through a season healthy and TE had some value dropping took him to help challenge Griffin for a roster spot. Decent blocker with upside in the passing game.
6.214 Levi Wallace CB Alabama
We took one corner with a pick, I couldn't let a 3rd round graded Wallace keep dropping. I snatched him up at worst we have a guy who can develop in the slot for us under a couple years of development. If you watch his sugar bowl game though you will see why I think he has upside to being one of the best corner's in the draft. Even though under-sized in college constantly plays shoving receivers to the side line. Steal.
7.222 JT Barrett QB Ohio State
Team leader who I think fits the mold of what Watson wants to do on offense. Good back up in the system.
7.237 JK Scott P Alabama
Okay so we didn't get the GOAT punter prospect but we got the next best one. Lechler signed a one year deal and it looks to be his last. I'd like to see us sign him leave him on the IR for a season then when Lechler leaves we have replacement lined up day 1.
Eh regrets
-Picking JT Barrett somewhat maybe getting edge depth or DL depth is more important but the fact is we don't really have a back up to the system Watson runs for us.
-Two CBs? Levi is a little undersized and a project player but I really believe his upside is next level for us.
-JK Scott was a debatable pick but I really believe he can make an impact next year on our roster. If I'm being honest most 7th round picks are gonna flame out of the league with JK Scott I believe I've gotten a guy who will at least see playing time.
-Spending 6 hours mock drafting is the most fruitless exercise but I hope it gives you guys an idea at who we can kinda expect at our picks. Honestly without a 1st or a 2nd I believe we still walked away with a pretty good draft class.
Hi 1st day GM here thanks for covering the second day while running the mock itself Geoff.
Here's a brief overview of MJ Stewart CB from UNC. Solidly built and physical corner. Great tackler and super willing to help out in run support. Comfortable in man coverage and can jam receivers at the line really well. He's good at defensing passes but hasn't made splash plays in his career.
And just now I've read he had a couple suspensions lol oops. We won't draft this guy. My bad y'all.
Love this draft, my only question is do you think that JT Barrett would have still been available with our final pick?
If we could have picked him last I would have preferred to get Michael Dickson, but I’m thrilled with this draft.
