[IL] I want to set up a snow cone stand, how do I get a permit and/or other legal things?

I'm 12, my friends and I want to set up a snow cone stand, we already went to our guardians and learned that we need a permit and some more stuff, any responses will help. (this is a throwaway account)

EDIT: I figured this out, thanks for all the responses.
