Ordering Minox

So what I wanted to ask everyone is that I am living in EU, where Kirkland Minoxidil costs about 20usd/month. Tried to order it from US Amazon but it doesnt let me (25usd/6months). Is there any reason? You cant ship these things from US to EU? What if I order it to my familly living in US and they send it to me later on? Will the package be stopped/can it cause me or them some problems?
