AT&T Access IDs Question

Lets say I has 2 AT&T Access IDs. "Access ID A" for Fiber. "Access ID B" for Wireless. Question is can both of these be deleted? And then I create "Access ID A" for Wireless and "Access ID B" for Fiber? I do not wan to mix them as I see no benefit but I would like to swap them which keeping the Original Names. Is it possible?
