Upgrading the Dell 7567's screen

Well I am kind of sick of the TN panel on this laptop and was thinking of getting the B156HTN05.1 but I am kind of worried about the compatibility of the screen and was wondering if I will have any problems with adjusting the brightness or not getting the full power of the screen (as in not gonna work in 120 hz) , and if so are there any other 120hz screens that i can upgrade to instead?
