If i pre-purchase the expansion at 6 or 7 april, do i still get the 20 bonus packs?

The title said it all, will i get the bonus packs? I also would like to know when the reveal season starts, i need at least 50 characters in this message so the last couple sentences are just random words to get to those minimums. I dont know where i can see how many characters this post already has, but i think this is about enough. See ya folks.
