R710 Hardware & Power Supply

I picked up my first R710 the other day. This was a low option system with 1x 5506. Obviously I will be upgrading the processors(After I update firmware). I believe the system was only equipped with 4 fans. I have 3 fans and 1 block-off. I will be obtaining 2 more fans. Reading through the documentation I have found, I’m looking for anything like a hardware matrix. I assume that both processors will require all 5 fans, but what threshold determines when I need the bigger power supplies?

The final build will be something like: 2x L5640 64-96GB Ram 6x 3.5 SATA drives(4TB or bigger) H200(Or other internal HBA) External SAS HBA(TBD) External SCSI HBA(TBD)

Am I pushing the limits on the 570?
