FFXV Comrades question

Does anyone know if Helmsplitter X Stacks with a Double Penetrator X Weapon?

I know that using Helmsplitter X than switching to a Penetrator X stacks, and Penetrator stacks with itself.

But if you had all three, what you reduce an enemy defense into the negatives?
