What are some ways you've won even though your team was busy arguing with each other and not trying?

I'm not sure what's the deal with these players, but many of them ragequit/yell at each other mid-match. As you know, this is a game that's designed for comebacks, without tier lists (or else the Esports wouldn't be as exciting to watch since it would be too predictable). This means that mid-match you can still find a way. And yet people get mad after 30 seconds and start having aneurysms LOL.

That said, when you were in my shoes, what did you do to win anyways?
