WNY?

Junior in ug in Florida, but from Buffalo and planning to go back to live and work after. I can sit for the CPA after 120 hours according to my advisor, but obviously need 150 to be licensed. I'll more than likely just finish my masters here in FL before heading black to NY.

Anyhow, I'm curious about salaries, industry opportunities, etc. It seems like the only big 4 there is KPMG and I'd imagine it's tough to get in seeing as it's probably a small office (correct me if I'm wrong)? I'd be fine working for a bigger regional firm. I'm just hoping to see if anyone has experience in Buffalo.

Banks there probably don't pay much I'd imagine. M&T, Citigroup, etc probably pay shitty, too. Idk. Just trying to see what the best options are in Buffalo for someone not coming from UB!
