What are the equivalencies between the WSET and the Court?

I have my WSET 3 and trying to get my foot in the door in the industry. There are several job postings for Sommelier, but few for WSET. Many of the descriptions are the same. What would be the somm equivalent of the level 3? At least in terms of depth of knowledge; I understand they are still different. Would it be certified? In between certified and advanced?
