Low pc settings help

Hey guys! I'm fairly new FFXII communities,this is the first I'm joining I need help,I just started playing FFXII zodiac age(pc version) today,I was previously playing it on PCSX2. I'm getting lot of lag,I set all the settings at min(i:e; 30 fps,everything else is or low settings) but I'm still getting lag,I had no lag in some of the places in Royal City of Rabanastre

I have AMD A-10-8700P Radeon R6,10 compute core(4C+6G) 1.8 Ghz processor with 16 GB ram,I know it's pretty low

Any suggestion guys,how do I get stable frame rates,if not,any tried guides for overclocking?
