Engine problems 93 NA

I bought a 93 na recently, my first car. Only 52k miles with no real issues. It was running great for about a week and then all of a sudden it started idling rough. It will drop below 800 and seems like it's about to stall. Also it seems to be lacking power, if I press on the gas a lot of the time instead of pulling the car starts vibrating. The power loss is so high that I can't start it uphill without it stalling. The engine sounds off and is louder than normal. Do any of you guys have an idea what could be wrong with it?
