Seeking advice for a compact camera

Hello reddit fellows.

I'm in the market for a compact camera. I'm a professional dog trainer, I am used to taking photos with my phone, but my lg v20 is just crap, even in great light action shots are blurry and whites are blown out and you cannot use burst mode in manual mode. I miss my s7! But I figured maybe its time I get a dedicated digital camera, something that can last 2-3 years and under $300-400. Here's the best photo I took with my s7= https://dognamics.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/09/cropped-BlueArcherRuns.jpg

Needs: Ability to take crisp action shots (burst mode avail) Rugged or accessory cases for durability, dogs and hiking. Compact (no dslrs) portability and able to throw in my pocket (I have biggish pockets on my training vest)

Wants: Low light photos (non-action) fine Bluetooth connectivity so I can transfer a photo or two to my phone for my business Instagram when out in the field.

Thabks in advanced fellows!
