I’m allergic to alcohol, what can I do to enjoy it?

So.. I know people might not see this as an actual allergy but I actually do suffer from this.

My symptoms:

Skin has red patches appearing after an hour Heart is beating really fast Throat starts to feel like it’s swollen but it’s not High body temperature Hard to breathe

I duno. Maybe I’m just drunk but alcohol really fucks me up.

Shall I continue just drinking normal drinks
