As a pokefan, I don't want pokemon to come out before 2019

Hi all,

I've been playing pokemon since I was 12. My first game was Pokemon Red. Since then I've played ALL of them, including ultrasun which I admit, I didn't like.

Due to this, I want pokemon to come out in 2019, not this year. Why is this? Well, the pokemon company didn't decide to create a pokemon game in Switch until around E3 2017, that means that probably last summer the game was still in early concept.

You cannot create a great game, a majestic game like Breath of the Wild, in just 9 months. Or a year. You need more than that, you need to first check what the Switch can offer to you, then you need to develop a full new engine taking advantage of the new power you have available. Once there, you can start building the game.

In addition to that, constructing a great story takes time too, and we know that pokemon doesn't have a good script... But the switch is a more adult console, you cannot keep being so childish and reach for the new users.

I think they have to make a good strategy on this one, and take their time to develop a good game, instead of developing a fast game.

Just my opinion. Let's see if the Pokemon Direct rumors are true, and in that case what they can offer.
