Random Relic is stupid, 14 relics for 108 heroes and its random? Just let me buy each relic specifically

Title. This is so stupid and such a waste, I wanted to buy some relics for Mirana and got like 3 dupes. I get that I receive some shards back but this is just dumb. There are so many heroes, and so many relics, especially since there are 10k relics. Just let us buy the ones we want.
