Rate this heroes and villains abilities

Could you do me a favour and rate this Heroes and Villains abilities, based off the clone wars era. It would really help me out with a game I’m making to make their stats and I thought it would create some fun discussion as well. Rated out of 10, based on pure lightsaber ability in combat, no force just duelling, and secondly on their ability with the force, interpret it how you like personally. Rate the ones you know about and want to. I know these are complex, so feel free to justify them, and add any other characters you fancy. So here they are: Yoda Obi-Wan Kenobi Anikan Skywalker Mace Windu Barriss Offee Stass Allie Coleman Trebor Even Piell Saesee Tiin Asajj Ventress Savage Opress Luminara Unduli Count Dooku General Grevious Nahdar Vebb

Any insight is appreciated. Thank you:)
